Item Warranty Terms & Conditions below. Please note we do not cover shipping to or from the customer. Products must be shipped back, and inspected, where we then determine if the product needs to be repaired, replaced, or refunded if necessary.
Tomsaudiessentials guarantee the fitment and quality of all products offered by us if used for the intended purpose and application. Issues found that are not directly caused by a manufacturing defect are not covered under any warranty offered by Vivid Racing. To qualify for warranty coverage all items must be inspected prior to accepting delivery. Any damage found during the delivery inspection must be reported to the carrier before accepting delivery. If damages are reported after delivery no warranty or coverage will be offered.
Exclusions from the Guarantee:
• Acts of Nature
• Neglect
• Misuse
• Use of Gas hood/trunk lifts
• Use of Oem hood latches
• 3 Clear coat blemishes less than 9mm in size
• Imperfect weave
Tomsaudiessentials offers a limited 12-month warranty on a clear coat that covers against significant color changes. Like Automotive paints and clear coat, slight fading, and discoloration is natural, this warranty covers only extreme cases and is at the discretion of Tomsaudiessentials. we reserve the right to refuse a clear coat warranty caused by Neglect or Acts of Nature.
